Decoder training routine is almost fully sorted out. decodertest.py was cleaned up by removing functions that i dont need in it anymore (either shipped out to other files or obsolete) and 2D spectra/spectrogram plotting code was added to visualize/plot.py. It only has the most basic features and should be augmented to make them actually useful.
